These businesses are also able to offer others limited opportunities to help on a temporary and voluntary basis.
This is often of a therapeutic or work experience nature.
These businesses provide an alternative culture to the 'office politics' scenario often found in secular businesses, aiming to provide a genuinely friendly working atmosphere.
